Return and Exchange Policy.
If for any reason you are not pleased with your merchandise(s). Please save the invoice received with your
package, as this is your receipt, PHASE ID must receive the return within 25 days of purchase. No Returns
will be accepted after 25days! No Exceptions.
You must call or email us BEFORE sending your product back to get Return Authorization number. Any
Exchanges or returns are given strictly unworn, undamaged and unused merchandise.
If you are returning an item please include a detailed note, including your name, address, phone number
and email address. Let us know what you are exchanging it for. You must also include payment for the
return shipping cost. Returns and exchanges take approximately 2~4 weeks for processing. We appreciate
your patience. Also, when you return the item(s), please wrap the item into a secure box so that the
package won't damage during the transportation. For your own benefit, we prefer you insure it and request
a delivery confirmation which may cost a little more but it'll be worth to do so.
We can only accept legitimate defect and not an illegitimate damage/breakage.
Clearance merchandise cannot be returned/exchanged.
